We appreciate all the time and effort that our volunteers put in. However, we are always looking for more volunteers.
Would you like to join our committee and have input into what happens in your village? Alternatively if you have an interest but don’t feel you can commit fully how about forming a subgroup whether this be the proposed park consultation or to have your say and help develop the Legion Land, you may have an interest in community groups or events if so please get in contact.

Distington Big Local are in the process of trying to obtain a lease and planning permission for a proposed new play park on Hinning’s Road if we get the go ahead what would you like to see on the land? we have obtained plans from 3 play companies, please see the attachments below and complete a questionnaire.
